The Cure to Holiday Weight

First step in helping your clients loose the extra pounds gained over the Holiday Season.
Get back to exercise !!  Simply put, exercise performed with the proper protocol, intensity, and target Heart Rate zone will build Lean Body Mass AKA- Muscle.
Muscle is the most important catalyst for fat loss and increased BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate).  It is estimated that a pound of muscle will burn approximately 6.5 calories an hour.  Do the math and you have a whole lot of calories being burned even while at rest.  Make your New Years Resolution to put on Lean Muscle Tissue and help keep the unwanted love handles at bay.
