CPR Requirement: If you are NOT CPR certified, the system will automatically add a $40.00 up-charge to your enrollment as it is mandatory. You will then also be getting CPR certified as part of your enrollment. If you are and choose that option during checkout, you will be required to provide a current copy of such.

Registration Validity Period: 12 months to take the certification exam from their registration to the workshop. After the expiration date all registration fees will be forfeited. Check with your contact person about extensions, charges may apply.
