Terms and Conditions for Fundamentals Program
- No refunds. All Sales final
- If the on-site scheduled event does not meet the minimum 20 required attendees, I understand and agree that I will complete the program via my computer using the recorded files that Global Fitness will email me along with my secure login information to complete the exam
- If I fail the exam, I understand that I have 10 days to pay the $75.00 retest fee and a total of 20 days to complete the second attempt.
- If the second attempt is not successful, I understand that my third attempt will be my last attempt for a 12 month period. I understand that the third attempt will also require a $75.00 retest fee.
- I understand that I will only receive a PDF File of the document I will need for this course. I am encouraged to print it out and bring it to class. If not, I understand that I can email enrollments@globalfitedu.com and request for a printed color hardcopy for an additional $25.00
- Promo Code Errors: I understand that if I forget to put a promocode I may have or put the wrong promocode, I have 24 hours from the moment of enrollment to email, notify of such issue, and provide the promocode for a refund Minus a $10.00 administrative fee. If I do not comply with this, no refunds will be granted
- Multiple Enrollments: I understand that if I register myself multiple time, I will be fully responsible for such registrations. Global Fitness Educators is not responsible for multiple enrollments on the students part. I further understand that if I do make an enrollment error, I have 24 hours to email and request a refund for my additional enrollments and I understand that each additional enrollment will be charged a $25.00 administrative fee applied to the refund
