DescriptionThe Personal Kickboxing Coach workshop was developed for the personal trainer that wishes to acquire the techniques necessary in order to teach and practice kickboxing drills with clients during one on one personal training sessions. The workshop takes students through the basic anatomy of the muscles and energy systems used during kickboxing and guides them through levels of progressions with 11 specific drills. Included with this course are a pair of 16oz boxing gloves, focus mitts, and hand wraps. All students will be able to assess which, out of three demonstrated, methods will best fit the need and safety of the perspective client and then learn specific coaching methods to ensure proper execution and good form on all techniques.
