DescriptionThis eight hour course has been developed specifically for certified personal trainers working with a vast variety of clients ranging from the pro-athlete, weekend athlete, general fitness client, clients who are in severely de-conditioned states, different ages, genders, and race. The focus of the course is to learn how to properly Assess the core with a battery of proven protocols, identify deficiencies in core stability and function, and design a core training routine.
